CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
- The warranty is not transferrable and is valid only for the original purchaser of a new camper trailer and applies from the original date of purchase from Outback Sam. The warranty does not cover camper trailers used in hire schemes or as rentals.
- The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident and collision, damage to wheels and tyres, consumables (including wheel bearings, batteries, light bulbs, covers, flyscreens and zips), paintwork and inadequate maintenance of the camper trailer.
- The warranty does not cover damage due to unauthorised modifications, misuse including use on 4WD-only tracks, damage resulting from hard impact, heavy landings and severely rutted roads or tracks and water damage resulting from water crossings.
- Any work performed under a warranty claim approved by Outback Sam, may only be performed by Outback Sam, or an authorised representative of Outback Sam and only with the express written approval of Outback Sam. Any costs related to transport, towing or recovery and incidental costs occurring as a result of a warranty claim, whether approved or denied by Outback Sam, are the purchaser’s responsibility.
